"Throughout my career, I have had roles through which I have encouraged teams to look beyond their immediate tasks and see the bigger picture." So important to do and to encourage, especially those who don't naturally do it.
Great points, Naush! Because I've never worked for a company, I was always a freelancer and needed to learn ways to collaborate with others, I can only imagine how important complementarity is, envision more than just following others, and find cross-functional synergies. I hope people will begin to see how interconnected things are, and that doing your job can mean much more, as you previously stated here and in your other posts. Keep up the good work; I believe it helps people see healthy ways to engage in their work, whether in groups or by wearing multiple hats! :D
This is a really interesting piece. I agree that breaking down silos is essential in our modern and complex world.
I find the polarisation of society versus the interconnection of the world of work quite an interesting dichotomy…..
Indeed. Thank you Nia! Didn't think of it from a societal perspective but that an interesting way of looking at it as well.

Thank you so much Edina :)!
Really interesting to think about – as a singer and as a writer!
Thanks Lizzie!
