Delegate. That naturally doesn't come easy to me. I've noticed the more I delegate the easier it gets

Thanks Jane! Yeah I had to learn to get comfortable with delegating as well. It just didn't feel right initially but now that I've realised its benefits, I delegate without much hesitation.
