Great article, PATHS is definitely useful, especially networking and playing the long game in that. Establishing relationships that fuel your learning, and help you understand what you may want to do is key and how you can help others before you ask for help.

Useful and practical tips. I have seen many people make all the market research, prepare, invest in training and harness network, and got disappointed just because they didn't take some time to clarify their expectations.

Indeed, goal setting should be grounded on realistic expectations.

Your post offers a practical framework, PATHS, for individuals navigating career challenges. It emphasizes reflection, skill enhancement, networking, and goal setting. I have used parts of this framework but not as structured as yours. Thank you for sharing.

Thanks @Tinashe! I had not used a framework as well but then I realised that I was had taken all these steps without a structure. That's how I came up with the framework. So happy you found it practical!

What a great framework and very helpful if your mind is simply buzzing with thoughts and ideas. Gives you focus and clarity

Not sure, if I've used this approach personally. But very recommendable. What stood out for me regardless of how well it's, the story told behind the approach making it so easier to understand thus making it helpful.

Not always recommendable to jump from X to Y when you already have something working for you. But if you don't have, here's the MUST go framework to make use of.

Thumbs up to your great experience (including your ability to paise and reflect), friend. Which birthed the amazing content you're providing today.

Thanks for reading Lukas. Appreciate your feedback. Yeah, jumping from X to Y without having something in hand is something I would always advise against. Glad you found the framework useful!

This is so useful for me right now!! Weirdly, I realise that I used something a bit like this when I was doing performance psychology with singers but hadn’t even thought about doing it for me as a writer. You write it so clearly and positively- thank you so much!

Thank you Lizzie! I am glad it resonated with you.

On many occasions, I have also provided suggestions and advice but then, when it came to me, I wasn't so structured. Its funny how we let ourselves loose at times.
