I know the feeling coming from a structured to an unstructured world and it can be overwhelming 😅 but it end up working somehow, at least a lesson 💫

Lovely writing; it is not a topic I'm familiar with, but I enjoyed a lot your clarity in writing it and that you emphasize the notion of having fun at any jobs you have. In the end, we spend years of our lives at our workplaces, so enjoying it, I feel, is essential.:)

For sure Katerina! I guess enjoying the ride and learning from it are the most important bits. In the end, you every experience you go through teaches you something. Thank you!

Another great content Naush...

Just a quick question, based on your 2 years great experience (or if necessary including any other), what are the basics of building a structure?

I mean if one is just getting in just he'll of a role (not limited to having a startup themselves), what do you suggest one go about it?

Thanks Lukas. To me, structure means having processes in place. If you have a process in place for, for instance, registering for payroll or setting yourself up for company health insurance that makes the onboarding part easier. If you join a company and find that there is no established way around things, that causes confusion. That was my point I guess. I'll ping you on Whatsapp as well. Thanks again for your comment my friend and letting me elaborate on my thoughts.

Fantastic read! It is always a bit of a shock going from a structured corporate work life to the chaotic startup world. Lots of ups and downs - startup life is not easy but can be so worth it! I have made the move in past before going from a well structured 30 year old multinational financial company to a SaaS startup with no structure and no standard way of doing things.

And now... I am building my own SaaS startup however, the benefit of working in both worlds, I know the importance of having structure therefore, structure is baked into the startup.

Structure can change - to make it efficient however, having a baseline to start with sets a brighter stage.

Completely agree. Thanks for the comment.

Startup life can be fun, rewarding and fulfilling even if it often lacks structure.

Good luck with your SaaS startup. Is there a website perhaps? I'd be curious to take a look.
