I was in such an environment for a year or so and that drove me mad. Your husband must have an exceptionally resilient personality for surviving toxicity for so long and, like I said, I hope he gets to leave soon.

His job was tolerable years ago, when he first started The pay was good, the benefits, but it gradually got worse and more toxic
More power to him and to you. I hope things get better either at the job or by leaving.
